Grey Owl’s Nest is a spacious 2-bedroom condo ideal for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom is a studio suite with two queen beds, offering flexibility and plenty of space for everyone. Both bedrooms boast incredible mountain views, which you can also enjoy from the living room or while sipping your morning espresso on the private balcony. On cooler days, cozy up by the electric fireplace and enjoy the views from the comfort of the condo. If the weather turns, catch up on your favorite shows with access to Crave. EATING & ENTERTAINING A fully equipped kitchen ensures you’ll have everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including mixing bowls, cooking utensils, spices, and more. If you're a grill master, the gas BBQ in the shared outdoor area is perfect for cooking up a feast under the mountains. SLEEPING Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone will sleep in comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom (studio suite) offers two queen beds—ideal for groups or families. Additionally, there is a memory foam sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility. After a day of outdoor adventures, unwind with luxurious Rocky Mountain Soap Company shower products for a refreshing and relaxing experience. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION The condo comes with convenient underground parking with a height limit of 6'6" (first-come, first-serve), plus additional street parking. If you prefer not to drive, the downtown area is just a 10-15 minute walk along a scenic multi-use path. A free local bus service runs throughout Canmore, and it’s a short ride to Banff National Park (fees apply). ON-SITE AMENITIES Take full advantage of the year-round heated pool, hot tub, and gym, all available for guests to enjoy. As an added bonus, we offer free access to Crave, Disney+, a complimentary park pass, and a selection of coffee and tea to help you start your day. DOG FRIENDLY Bring your furry friends along! Grey Owl’s Nest is part of the Blackstone Mountain Lodge, one of Canmore’s finest resorts. Canmore is located at the doorstep of Banff National Park, with the town of Banff just a 15-minute drive away. How far is it from downtown Canmore? The condo is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to Canmore’s Main Street, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The walk is along a beautiful multi-use path, perfect for bikers and pedestrians. What are some good places to eat nearby? We fell in love with the Canadian Rockies years ago and finally made the move to Canmore in 2014 with our three children and our dog, Bernie (who you’ll see in some of our photos).
